Terms & Conditions

• Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months and can be redeemed against products and treatment to same value or as part payment.
• When booking a skin reward package 6 for the price of 5 treatments, the course must be paid for prior to course or after first treatment.
  
• Appointments longer than 1 hour require credit card details at time of booking and a deposit of 50% of the total of the appointment is claimed. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will forfeit deposit unless rebooked within 7 days.
• Missed appointments, if you re-book within the next 7 days no charge will be made alternatively 50% will be payable for the missed appointment before any further appointments will be made if booking an appointment after 7 days prior to the missed appointment.
• If you have a pre-paid course of treatment and miss an appointment you will forfeit one of the treatments if you do not re-book within 7 days.
